Andy Kaup

Always up for a new adventure. Married to Michelle. Dad to Micah, Ariana, and Isabella. “Passion” and “People” are his middle names. You can find Pastor Andy on the platform ready to share, with excitement, what God has in store for your life.

Michelle Kaup

Next Gen pastor

Believes every kid has a purpose and a spot in this world. Married to Andy. Mom to Micah, Ariana, and Isabella. An avid lover of 90's music. You can find Pastor Michelle greeting our new BCC Kids and BCC YTH, rocking sneakers, and connecting our families.

Walter Hooker

Senior Associate Pastor

His laugh is heard miles away (it’s a good thing, trust us)! Married to Melba. Dad to Serita, Matt & Grace and granddad to seven. You can find Pastor Hooker outside, greeting our BCC family and hyping up the crowd because Sundays are his favorite!

TJ CRISTOBAL

Worship pastor

Our own “Sweet T” as we like to call him. Married to Kimberly. Dad to Caleb, Jackson, Jillian, and twins Lyna and DD. Known for his southern hospitality and his top strength is “getting you connected.” You can find Pastor TJ singing on the platform, zipping around our lobby and connecting people.

Known around these parts as “our jack of all trades.” Married to Briana. Dad to Rylann, Jocelyn, Kayden and Avalyn. You can find Pastor Richard just about anywhere: holding a baby, building sets, loving our community, and always being there for you.

Guaranteed to have an idea for how we can grow and become better. Married to Raina. Dad to Blake and Oliver. Known for his strong beliefs and honest way of thinking. You can find Pastor Jay in the lobby and on Wednesday nights leading our discipleship process, greeting new guests, and helping you find a Life Group.

Cowboys fan. Married to Andrea. Always down to talk about the next generation’s passion and fire for God. You’ll find Pastor “G” on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings with our BCC Youth. Believes Pumpkin Spice Lattes should be sold year round.

Directors

Your go-to-gal for all things creative. Married to Zach. You can find Amanda taking photos, checking our Facebook messages, and becoming best friends with your kids.

Enjoys spending time with her grandkids, and walking through peoples’ joys and sorrows. Married to Walt. You can find Peggy “Amen-ing” every word Pastor Andy shares.
