Angelfood Ministries
Angel Food Ministries is a non-profit, nondenominational food cooperative committed to providing food assistance to families throughout the United States. Angel Food was founded in 1994 by Pastors Joe and Linda Wingo and their family with the intent of helping their neighbors in Northeast Georgia where many textile mills had closed. Beginning with 34 families, today Angel Food Ministries proudly serves hundreds of thousands every month.
One box of food assists in feeding a family of four for about a week or a single person for nearly a month. The food you find in an Angel Food box is the same high quality one would purchase at a food retailer. There is no limit on the number of boxes an individual or family can purchase.
Angel Food has no qualifiers and participation is open to anyone and everyone.
