Are you new to BCC or new in your walk with Christ? Next Steps is a place for you to come and grow in your relationship with Jesus, learn what BCC is all about, and how you can get better connected. This is a four week course which repeats each month. Click here to register!

LifeGroups

At Bellevue Christian Center, we believe growing in a relationship with Jesus happens best together in community with other people. We call our communities LifeGroups. Church Office and Noah’s Ark—Closed

In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, the Church Office and Noah’s Ark Daycare and Preschool will be closed.

Mpact Bake Sale

Sunday, November 12 & 19 | 9am-1pm | Foyer

MPact, girls K-8th grade, will be having a bake sale with a variety of homemade goods such as jams, jellies, breakfast breads, cookies, muffins, and more to raise funds for their ministry. On November 12, they will be taking orders for homemade apple, cherry, and sweet potato pie.

 

Grief Share Surviving the Holidays

Various Times and Locations

Surviving the Holidays seminar is especially for people who are experiencing grief or loss. This free seminar is offered several different times. Choose one to attend. Monday nights November 20 through December 11, 6-8pm at 1620Wilshire Dr., Suite 222 in Bellevue. Bonus night on Wednesday, November 29, 7-8:30pm at Bellevue Christian Center, 1400 Harvell Dr., in room 112. Register here.

 

Oman Missions Trip with Flatland Church

Sunday, November 26

Flatland Church has invited Bellevue Christian Center to join them as they minister to the people of Oman. The team will take what’s known as a vision and prayer trip. The primary focus will be asking God for vision for the country and interceding for the people of Oman. The dates of the trip are March 29-April 7, 2018. The cost is $2,500 per person. Applications are due November 26, 2017. There is very limited room on the team, so if you are interested in joining this trip contact Bob Ireland at 402-492-9111 or bob@flatlandgroup.org.

 

Haiti 2018 Info Meeting

The Haiti missions trip will be from April 28-May 5, 2018. Come hear Pastor Hooker share about what you can expect on this trip as we partner with Convoy of Hope. If you cannot attend this meeting but would like more information, please email Joe & Serina Bullington at serina.bullington@gmail.com.

2018 Rwanda Missions Trip

Tuesday, November 28 | 7pm | Alpha Room

We will be taking our first mission trip to Rwanda, Africa in 2018. We will be serving with Dave & Rhonda Kramer in construction projects, a women’s conference, and children’s ministry. If you are interested in serving in Rwanda or have questions, there will be an informational meeting Tuesday, November 28. If you cannot attend this meeting but would like more information, please contact Pastor Hooker at 402-291-0616 or whooker@bellevuechristian.com.

 

Thanksgiving Community Outreach

Wednesday, November 22 | 5:30-8:30pm

Each year we have the opportunity to love our community by serving a free Thanksgiving meal to several hundred people in the Omaha area and giving away free winter clothing. Please mark these dates on your calendar and sign up to volunteer one of two ways: turn in your sign up card in the offering or at the Info Center or online at www.bellevuechristian.com/ftm.

 

Coats, Hats, Gloves, and More!

We are also asking for donated new or gently used coats (especially larger men’s coats), hats, gloves, scarves, and socks for those who are in need during the cold months. These donations can be dropped off at the Info Center on Sunday morning or at the church office during the weekdays.

 

Volunteer T-shirts For Sale

Sunday, November 12 & 19

If you plan to help volunteer during FTM we ask that you wear our blue BCC t-shirt. This helps everyone identify who are volunteers and who are guests. These are available to purchase at the Info Center for $5.

 

Christmas Celebration Dinner

Friday, December 1 | 7pm | Auditorium

ATTENTION SAINTS (50+) Plan to join us for the 12th annual Seasoned Saints Christmas Celebration dinner! There will be entertainment, testimonies, and good food—coupled with Christmas songs. There is no cost to attend, but you will need to sign up in the Chapel during the 10:40am class time.

 

Children’s Christmas Program

Sunday, December 3 | 6pm | Sanctuary

Three very special babies are born in three very different circumstances. One is found in a modern Newborn Intensive Care Unit, one in a first century stable, and one in a trash can. Join us as we discover what those babies have in common in the original play, “Just A Kid.”

 

Membership Class

Sunday, December 10 | 2-5pm | Chapel
